7-Day Inspection Period
Under the "Regulations on Reasonable Exceptions to the Right to Terminate Consumer Contracts," you are entitled to a 7-day inspection period (including weekends) starting from the date of delivery.
Exceptions: Perishable goods, customized products, newspapers/magazines, unsealed audio/video/software, and unsealed personal hygiene products are excluded from this 7-day period.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt with the following information: Name, Order Number, Contact Phone, Item Name, and Reason for Return (with photos).
Return Guidelines
Returned items must be unused and free from non-human-caused damage or malfunction. The 7-day inspection period is for your evaluation, not a trial period.
Original Packaging: Please retain the complete original packaging (including the outer box); otherwise, the return may be rejected.
Returns cannot be accepted if:
The 7-day inspection period has expired.
The product has been opened, used, or damaged due to human factors (e.g., scratches, stains, wear).
Packaging is incomplete, or invoices/accessories are missing.
Malicious or excessive returns.
Return Process
Contact Customer Service → Confirmation of Return Eligibility → Prepare Item and Invoice → Provide Pickup Info → Collection by Authorized Logistics Partner.
Refund Information
Credit Card: The refund will be credited back to your original credit card account.
Cash on Delivery (COD): The refund will be transferred to your designated bank account.
Exchange Policy
Exchange items must be unused and in original condition. If an exchange is agreed upon, please initiate a return for the original order and place a new order. We will handle any price difference (refund or charge) accordingly via a new invoice.
